Who are we?
We are volunteers, who together make up the local governing body of our school. Our purpose is to help provide the best possible education for pupils at Potter Street, and our main task is to raise standards by monitoring progress against targets.

What do we do?
We meet regularly and work with the Headteacher and the staff to agree the school's strategic aims and policies and to oversee the efficient running of the school.
The governors work in partnership with the school, the Passmores Co-operative Learning Community (our sponsor), and other agencies. We have particular responsibility for:
