We would like to warmly welcome you to Potter Street Academy. We are extremely proud of our school and the emphasis we place on ensuring we are at the heart of the community, supporting all our children and their families. By working together we create a safe, nurturing environment for everyone.
Way back at the start of March, when we began planning for the prospect of school closure due to the Covid 19 outbreak, we knew our first priority would be to stay in touch with each and every one of our pupils’ families.
Our pupils took on a mega-maths challenge when they celebrated World Maths Day recently.
We have joined forces with our partner schools Passmores Academy, Purford Green Primary and The Downs Primary to form the first PCLC Student Council.
Our pupils showed off their vocal talents by performing at one of the UK’s biggest arenas, the O2 in London.
Last term, Potter Street Academy introduced its ‘Sixty-Five Life & Learning Experiences’ programme. This initiative ensures that throughout primary school, our children get involved in a diverse and enriching range of activities. So, always keen to strengthen links with the community...
We were delighted to welcome former Team GB international basketball player, Pierre Henry-Fontaine, when he led a sponsored fitness challenge at our school.
